As I drive from the farm to the Moose Lodge for our many activities, the 50 miles has such beautiful sensory. All this rain has made the grass lush and green on our rolling hillsides.  The many grain fields  are seas of green rolling with the wind.  To me this is the most beautiful time of the year.
Personally, June is a busy month for me. I want to thank Nancy Pate and her Publicity Committee for doing so much. It is nice to have help. Hope Good has helped get our needed publicity for the farmers market.   It is nice to see our extra large parking lot benefiting our community.
Bob Ford will be presenting a program on flowers and gardening at the Monday, July 12 meeting. We will be having a bake sale at the Walleye Dinner on July 30.  The Accordions will be playing at the Moose hall on Sunday, July 18 from 1 to 5 pm.
At our second  meeting, Gladys will calculate the community service report to send to national each month. The blank forms are in the black wall hanger which you may complete and leave in the folder. Meetings you attend and volunteer work other then moose  and moose meeting and volunteer work all count, including all your millage, but eating and playing do not count.
